Welcome to the 2nd issue of TMD Times, the Citizens’ guide to all things Monty. I hope the summer has treated you well and that you have been able to spend quality time with your loved ones. Most of you may be aware now that I will be embarking on a new adventure with Troon Golf in early September. I will be sure to introduce you all to the newly appointed General Manager when he arrives in Dubai later this month. Thank you all for your support over the last 3 years ~ it has been a truly unforgettable and rewarding time for me and it has been a pleasure getting to know you all.

The annual Citizens Handbook will be ready for distribution in early September. The handbook features your diary of golf and social events, house rules and authorized Citizens contact details. You will be able to collect the handbook from Golf Reception and 1 copy is permitted per single membership, and 2 copies each for family and corporate memberships.

Hopefully you have now each experienced the welcome relief from the summer’s heat and humidity provided by the revolutionary Coolwell G2 units which were installed on our golf carts in June.
