STUART SAGE – NEW EXECUTIVE CHEF

The Address Montgomerie Dubai has recently welcomed Executive Chef; Stuart Sage, to its proficient culinary team. Although only 32-years of age, Stuart has over 17-years experience in his industry and has worked for numerous fine-dining restaurants and five-star resorts throughout Europe and the Middle East.

He began his career at the Slough Windsor Marriott Hotel, before moving on to one of London’s renowned and busiest department stores; Selfridges. After London, Stuart made the decision to move to Holland where he was involved with the opening of Rain Restaurant, a modern restaurant and bar which, after only one year of opening, was rewarded one Michelin star.  

Always striving for new challenges, Stuart uprooted and moved to Dubai where he was offered the position of Chef De Cuisine at Tang Restaurant; located in Le Meridien Mina Seyahi Beach Resort & Marina Dubai. His persistence to achieve and maintain the highest possible quality and standards lead to Tang’s consistent acknowledgement within the acclaimed Time Out Restaurant Awards, in addition to its nomination in the San Pellegrino’s top five restaurants within the Middle East.  Before Stuart’s move to The Address Montgomerie Dubai, his latest role was Research and Development Chef  for 21 outlets located within the Le Meridien – a 383 suite, five-star resort.
