TMD INTRODUCES JEREMIE LAURENT

The Montgomerie, Dubai proudly announces the arrival of its new Food & Beverage Operations Manager; Jeremie Laurent. Jeremie was raised in the Loire Valley, France, where he developed a passion for the hospitality industry at the tender age of 18. Since then, Jeremie has found himself working for some of the most prestigious outlets in Pebble Beach California, France, and the Middle East; while gradually progressing from waiter to his appointed operational role today.
 
To some Jeremie may be a familiar face. In 2002 he was part of the proficient opening team for our acclaimed Academy Restaurant. As Outlet Manager his role involved everything from team development and daily operational requirements to menu concept and uniform design. In 2003 Jeremie moved on to manage various outlets within the Jumeirah Group, before relocating to Bora Bora and Switzerland. After 7 years away, and missing Dubai, Jeremie made the decision to relocate back to the city with his supportive wife and daughter.

It is with great pleasure that we welcome Jeremie back to the club and we wish him every success in his new role.
