Nineteen welcomes new chef
Executive Sous Chef, Peter Frost, took the helm of Nineteen in late December 2007, bringing with him a wealth of experience from numerous high profile positions in the UK. Peter started his career gaining classical training in French cuisine under the world famous Michel Roux at the 3 Michelin-starred restaurant, Waterside Inn. He later spent time working at Harrods in Knightsbridge, followed by time working at the Highroad House for Nick Jones’ Soho Group. Most recently, Peter completed a stint at Kew Grill working with Anthony Worrall Thompson before deciding to pursue the more palatable climates of Dubai. Peter’s goal is to strengthen Nineteen’s already formidable culinary reputation and ensure it’s longevity by embracing quality, education and collaboration. Patrons will notice Nineteen’s menu delving further into the French palate whilst also exploring new and innovative ways to incorporate international influences and juxtapositions.
